Manage & pay · For heads of people

Everything after the yes.

Onboarding, time off, attendance, requests, and the pay run all sit on the person you just hired. HR sets the rules once in Organization. Managers approve. Employees serve themselves.

The first 10 people are free. Then €8 per person through 200, and €6 after that. Hire and Work intelligence are in the same seat.

1Onboard

One roster for employees and contractors.

Profile, job, compensation, manager, and client in one place. The org chart builds itself from manager links. Give app access in one click, and take it back in one click.

  • Personal, job, and compensation on every profile
  • Manager links that draw the org chart
  • App access: give, revoke, or archive
1Onboard and offboard

Day one and the last day, as a checklist.

Onboarding runs turn the yes into tasks for HR, IT, and the manager. Offboarding runs get the laptop back and close access, and the record stays.

  • Runs with owners for HR, IT, and the manager
  • Progress on the person's profile
  • Offboarding that closes access and keeps the record
2Manage

Time off everyone can see.

Policies, balances, and requests on the person. The team calendar shows who is out before anyone books the week.

  • Policies set once in Organization
  • Balances on every profile
  • A team calendar next to the request
2Manage

Hours a manager can approve.

Schedules and tracking profiles for each person. Clock in and out, add a line item, submit the day. Managers approve or reopen.

  • Schedules and tracking profiles per person
  • Clock, tracker, or a manual line with a note
  • Submit, approve, or reopen the day
2Manage

One inbox for every approval.

Time off, compensation changes, and expenses arrive in Requests. Managers approve, reject, or mark an expense reimbursed without opening three screens.

  • Filter by time off, compensation, or expenses
  • Approve, or reject with a note
  • Approved expenses land on the pay run
3Pay

Payroll-ready runs, built from approved time.

Set cycles by week, two weeks, half month, or month. Base pay, overtime, bonuses, and approved expenses land on the run. Lock it when it is right. Each person opens their own pay statement.

  • Cycles by week, two weeks, half month, or month
  • EUR, USD, or RSD per cycle
  • Base, overtime, bonus, expense, unpaid, and manual lines
  • Draft, then locked. A pay statement on the person.

Try it: lock the run in the frame.

2Manage

The rest of the record, on the record.

The benefits the company offers and who is enrolled. Contracts and IDs in documents. Laptops assigned and returned. Expenses submitted and approved.

  • A benefits catalog and enrollment
  • Documents on the person
  • Assets assigned and returned
  • Expenses from receipt to reimbursed

Maya Chen opens the monthly cycle. Elena is on it from her first day, because Elena's hire is the person on the run. Approved hours, one overtime line, and a travel expense are already there. Maya locks the run. Elena opens the statement on her own profile.

FAQ

Manage & pay, answered.

Can VertuOS run our pay?

VertuOS builds payroll-ready runs from approved time, overtime, bonuses, and expenses. You lock the run, and each person opens their own pay statement. Cycles can be weekly, every two weeks, twice a month, or monthly.

Does it work for contractors?

Yes. Employees and contractors share one roster. A contractor can carry the client they work for on their profile, and their approved hours land on the run.

Can employees see their own data?

Yes. My profile shows their time off, the clock, their tracked sessions, and their pay statements.

Where do managers approve things?

In Requests. Time off, compensation changes, and expenses arrive in one inbox. Submitted days are approved on the person's attendance.

Which currencies can a pay cycle use?

EUR, USD, or RSD, set per cycle.

Everything after the yes, on one person.

Pick a time and we will walk your team from the hire to a locked run.
